Role Description
The Inside Sales Executive will engage with potential clients to generate leads, nurture customer relationships, and convert opportunities into successful sales. This full-time role is on-site and based in Delhi. The responsibilities include managing sales inquiries, building strong relationships with customers via phone and online communication, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable Bada Business solutions to meet their goals.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Inside Sales and Lead Generation practices with 1-4 years of experience
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to confidently engage with prospects and build positive relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines is a plus
