Aura Workwear is India's trusted uniform manufacturer with 30+ years of in-house production expertise — crafting industrial and corporate workwear from our facility in Ahmedabad. As we scale our B2B sales, we're looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to own and grow our client pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Reach out via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to build a strong B2B pipeline
- Understand client requirements and pitch the right uniform solutions
- Follow up on inquiries, share quotes, and close bulk orders
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and meet monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with production and dispatch to ensure smooth order fulfilment
What We're Looking For
- Any graduate — freshers welcome, B2B sales experience is a bonus
- Strong English communication skills — written and spoken
- Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and not afraid to pick up the phone
