We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team in the education sector. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, counselling prospective students about courses, and converting leads into admissions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales and student guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital campaigns, website inquiries, and walk-ins.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by explaining course benefits and features.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM or databases.
- Achieve monthly sales/admission targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or education counselling.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
- Experience in the education industry or EdTech sector will be preferred.
Preferred:
- Immediate joiners
- Experience in UPSC / SSC / Education Sales
