Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven Inside Sales Executive responsible for engaging, counseling, and converting leads into enrollments for AIM’s international placement programs. The role requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to clearly articulate program value propositions to prospective candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Engagement & Conversion
Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, partners, and digital channels.
- Counsel prospective candidates on overseas career opportunities and program pathways.
- Drive end-to-end conversion—from initial inquiry to enrollment.
2. Program Pitching & USPs Communication
Clearly explain AIM’s international programs, including:
- Global job opportunities and career pathways
- Structured training and placement support
- Visa and documentation assistance
- End-to-end mobility solutions
- Tailor the pitch based on candidate profile, aspirations, and eligibility.
3. Sales Funnel Management
Maintain and update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and conversion data.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and nurturing of leads to maximize conversions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
4. Candidate Counseling & Relationship Management
Build trust with candidates through transparent communication.
- Address queries related to program structure, costs, timelines, and outcomes.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled candidates.
5. Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with operations, documentation, and program teams for seamless candidate onboarding.
- Ensure accurate handover of candidate information post-conversion.

Strong sales and persuasion skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Target-driven with a high sense of ownership
- Good CRM and data management skills
- Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities
Preferred Background:
Experience in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales / EdTech / Overseas Education / Recruitment
- Prior experience in counseling for study abroad or international job programs is a strong advantage
