Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for an Inside Sales Executive. The responsibilities include reaching out to potential students, providing counseling, explaining academic programs and services, and guiding students through the enrollment process. The role also includes achieving sales targets, maintaining a database of leads, following up with prospective students, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are met. Inside Sales Executives are expected to maintain consistent communication with students and parents to encourage enrollment and provide timely resolutions to inquiries.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems, lead management, and maintaining a customer database
- Proven ability to meet sales goals, effectively manage leads, and close deals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating adaptability and resilience
- Proficiency in local languages and basic computer literacy will be an advantage
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer service is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required; a background in Education or Business is advantageous
