We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive with experience in sales, telecalling, or client handling. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to generate leads, follow up with clients, and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Explain company products/services to potential clients.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients and customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth closures.
- Maintain customer database and update daily reports in CRM software.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Update lead status, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in Zoho CRM / Salesforce CRM.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM and Salesforce.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and team player.
