  • Fixed in-hand salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
  • Incentives: Uncapped, 100% performance-based
  • No high fixed, no negotiations beyond this range

This is a pure inside sales role.

  • Daily calling on leads (students / professionals)
  • Selling high-ticket EdTech courses
  • Targets, follow-ups, objection handling, and closing
  • Income growth depends on performance, not experience

❌ Not suitable for overqualified candidates expecting corporate pay

Who Should Apply
  • 0–3 years of experience in inside sales / EdTech sales
  • Comfortable with ₹25–30K fixed + incentives
  • Strong communication skills (English + Hindi)
  • Target-driven, hungry to earn more through incentives
  • Willing to work full-time from office in Gurugram

Freshers with strong sales mindset may also apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Call and convert leads generated via CRM, ads & inbound enquiries
  • Counsel students/professionals for EdTech programs
  • Explain course details, pricing, and payment options
  • Handle objections and close sales
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates
  • Achieve weekly & monthly sales targets
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
  • Work From Office (Gurugram)
  • Inside sales / calling experience preferred
  • Comfortable with targets and performance tracking
  • Clear communication & persuasion skills
