Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Inside Sales Executive to manage and convert inbound leads for our senior living communities in the United States. This role is critical in bridging the gap between prospective residents/families and our communities by ensuring timely communication, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the decision-making process.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for quickly responding to inquiries, building trust with families, qualifying leads, and successfully converting them into scheduled tours. This role requires a strong combination of sales ability, communication skills, emotional intelligence, and process discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Response
- Handle all inbound leads (website forms, calls, chats, third-party platforms) on time
- Ensure first response within minutes to maximize conversion rates
- Maintain consistent follow-ups via calls, emails, and SMS
Lead Qualification
- Understand prospect requirements, urgency, budget, and care needs
- Identify qualified leads for Assisted Living, Personal Care, and Memory Care services
- Filter out unqualified or low-intent leads effectively
Sales Conversion
- Build strong rapport with families and decision-makers
- Clearly communicate community offerings, amenities, and care services
- Overcome objections with confidence and empathy
- Convert inquiries into scheduled tours (primary KPI)
Coordination with On-Ground Teams
- Work closely with community sales teams in the US
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for tours
- Track lead status (tour scheduled, completed, move-in, lost)
CRM & Reporting
- Update and maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., WelcomeHome, HubSpot, etc.)
- Track daily performance metrics: calls, conversions, follow-ups
- Share regular reports on lead quality and conversion insights
Process & Optimization
- Continuously improve scripts, responses, and follow-up strategies
- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
- Align with the marketing team to improve lead conversion rates
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Lead response time
- Number of calls made / follow-ups
- Lead-to-tour conversion rate
- Tour scheduling volume
- Lead qualification accuracy
- Overall sales contribution (move-ins influenced)
Required Skills:
Communication Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Ability to communicate clearly with US-based customers
- Strong listening skills and empathy while handling sensitive conversations
Sales Skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Experience in handling objections and closing leads
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on conversions
Interpersonal Skills
- High emotional intelligence (dealing with families & senior care decisions)
- Patience and professionalism in all interactions
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead management
- Comfortable using calling tools, email platforms, and dashboards
Experience Required:
- Minimum: 5years in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Lead Conversion
- Preferred:
- Experience in US/International sales process
- Background in healthcare, real estate, senior living, or service industry
- Experience in handling inbound leads (not just cold calling)
Education:
- Any Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus but not mandatory)
Work Requirements:
- Willingness to work in US time zones (evening/night shift)
- On-site presence in Hyderabad office
- High-speed internet and professional calling setup
