Inside Sales Executive – Overseas Education (EdTech)
Candidate Preference: Tier 2 / Tier 3 city background only (No Delhi NCR experience)
Experience: Minimum 1 year Inside Sales / Telesales with excellent communication
CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA + Good Incentives
Shift Timings: 10:30-7:30 PM | 6 days working |
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective students via calls and digital channels to explain study-abroad programs.
- Understand student goals and recommend suitable courses aligned with international education plans.
- Qualify leads, handle objections, and drive enrollments through consultative selling.
- Maintain daily follow-ups, pipeline tracking, and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with counselling/admissions teams for smooth conversion.
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets.
- Build trust with students by providing accurate program and country information.
- Target Audience: Indian students planning higher education in US / UK / Canada
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in inside sales / telesales / edtech sales.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Target-driven mindset with proven conversion ability.
- Comfortable with a 6-day work week and high-performance environment.
