We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive – Microsoft Licensing to drive business growth by selling Microsoft and cloud-based licensing solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft ecosystems, consultative selling skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 licensing solutions
- Microsoft 365 (Office 365) subscriptions
- Salesforce licensing solutions (good to have)
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Engage with prospects to understand business needs and recommend tailored licensing solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, solutioning, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure
- Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to drive new licensing opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
- Stay updated on Microsoft and Salesforce licensing models, pricing structures, and ongoing promotions
- Understand and align with Microsoft partnership models, revenue plans, and sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT/software licensing sales, preferably in:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Microsoft 365 / Office 365
- Strong understanding of licensing models such as CSP, subscription-based licensing, and enterprise agreements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, UAE, and India preferred)
- Ability to understand client business processes and map appropriate licensing solutions
- Self-motivated with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in selling Salesforce licenses will be an added advantage
