Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels
- Reach out to potential clients and pitch IT support services (remote support, troubleshooting, network setup, AMC packages, etc.)
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable service solutions
- Schedule calls/meetings and coordinate with technical teams when required
- Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers
- Maintain CRM updates and track daily sales activities
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in IT services sales / technical sales / support sales
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Experience in cold calling and handling international clients
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (desktops, networks, troubleshooting)
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident in client interactions
Preferred Background
- Experience in selling IT support services, AMC, networking, or hardware solutions
- Exposure to UAE / US / UK markets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms
