Inside Sales Executive – Healthcare Industry

About the Role
We are looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our growing healthcare team in Indore. The role involves handling patient inquiries, counseling potential patients over calls, coordinating appointments, and supporting the sales conversion process for healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Explain healthcare treatments/services to prospective patients
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and references
- Understand patient requirements and provide proper guidance
- Coordinate appointments, consultations, and virtual sessions
- Maintain regular follow-ups to improve conversion ratios
- Update CRM and maintain accurate lead records
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build trust and maintain positive patient relationships
- Coordinate with doctors, operations, and counseling teams for smooth patient handling
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable with calling and patient interaction
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Google Sheets)
- Positive attitude with target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Customer Support / Healthcare Counseling
- Experience in BPO, EdTech, Healthcare, Insurance, or Wellness industry is an added advantage
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
