Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Experience: Fresher / 0–3 years experience (EdTech preferred)
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month
- Incentives: Upto 30000/month
- Earning Potential: High performers can significantly exceed fixed salary
Role Overview
We are looking for a
driven and ambitious Inside Sales Executive who is passionate about sales and career growth. This role is ideal for candidates who want to
earn, learn, and grow simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, emails)
- Counsel students on career programs and courses
- Convert leads into paid enrollments
- Maintain CRM and follow-up pipeline
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Candidate Profile
- Fresher / 0–3 years experience (EdTech preferred)
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Willing to work in a high-growth sales environment
