About
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Executive – B2B SaaS to join a growing AI SaaS startup. In this role, you will help generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and meeting generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and calls
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP criteria
- Book discovery calls and product demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate activity records in CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Execute high-volume outbound campaigns with personalized messaging
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach performance
- Meet weekly and monthly outreach and meeting booking KPIs
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, or outbound sales roles
- Prior exposure to B2B SaaS sales environment preferred
- Familiarity with outbound tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a startup environment
- Comfortable with cold outreach and high-activity sales processes
Good to Have
- Experience working with international markets
- Exposure to SaaS, AI tools, CRM, or sales-tech products
- Understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification
