Your activities
- Tender Identification:
- Research and identify tender opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform tender strategies.Proposal Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, finance) to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Create compelling, high-quality proposals that clearly articulate our value proposition and differentiate us from competitors.Project Management:
- Manage the tender process from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Coordinate meetings and communication among stakeholders to gather input and feedback.
- Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support tender submissions and increase visibility.
- Create marketing collateral, including presentations and case studies, to enhance proposal quality.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and presentations to represent the company.
- Performance Analysis:
- Analyze the outcomes of submitted tenders to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and metrics to assess the effectiveness of tender submissions and marketing efforts.

- To get supportive documents for submission, can demand SAS, Back office, quality, finance
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical
- having 3-5 years of experience in similar role
- Knowledge of tender management software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
