Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Engineer, based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The primary responsibilities include providing technical sales support, preparing customer quotations, following up on leads, and liaising with clients to identify their needs. The role also involves offering innovative solutions, collaborating with the sales and engineering teams, and ensuring exceptional customer service to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Sales Engineering
- Experience with creating Quotations and Technical Support
- Strong Sales skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to devise customized solutions
- Proficiency with relevant sales and CRM tools
- Engineering background or technical education is preferred
- Experience in industrial automation or related sectors is a plus
