Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Engineer, based in New Delhi with full time work-from-home flexibility. The Inside Sales Engineer will provide technical support to customers, prepare and follow up on quotations, and assist in developing and executing sales strategies. Key responsibilities include fostering customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering technical and sales solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Sales Engineering
- Experience in Quotation preparation, Vendor coordination, MTO preparation/verification, sub vendor offer evaluation, vendors audit
- Strong skills in providing Technical Support and addressing client technical concerns
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Knowledge of the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with Minimum 5+ years of experience
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
