Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales professional within our Edtech division. The Inside Sales representative will focus on lead generation, engaging potential customers, identifying their needs, and presenting solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will involve outbound calls, managing prospects, and working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to attract and engage prospective customers
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills for effective engagement with clients and team members
- Ability to build rapport with customers and address their needs effectively
- Previous experience in Edtech, BPO, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
