Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Inside Sales - Edtech position. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for actively engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and driving sales within the Edtech sector. Daily responsibilities include following up with inquiries, understanding customer needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The selected candidate will play a key role in fostering positive customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Experience in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Effective Communication capabilities, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Familiarity with the Edtech or real estate sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
