Inside Sales & Customer Coordination Executive
We are hiring for one of our Client who is in to Logistics (Movers and Packers ) and looking for a Inside Sales & Customer Coordination Executive in Pune ( Kondhwa).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, orders, and delivery updates
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide timely support
- Support the sales team
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and maintain customer databases
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing
- Follow up on pending payments, documentation, and customer requirements
- Ensure excellent customer service and quick resolution of queries
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Ability to handle multiple customers and coordination tasks
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Sales-oriented and customer-focused approach
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or coordination roles
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS World
