Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive course enrollments by promoting LeapUp’s programs to prospective students. The ideal candidate will manage inbound and outbound leads, understand student requirements, provide tailored course guidance, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
Your Responsibilities for Inside Sales:
Course Promotion and Sales:
- Actively promote and sell LeapUp's courses to prospective students.
Inside Sales Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and assess the needs of prospective students.
- Conduct phone calls and zoom to discuss course offerings and answer questions.
- Develop tailored solutions for clients based on their educational goals and interests.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and report on sales activity.
- Follow up with leads promptly to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into enrolments.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and educational institutions.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to students throughout the enrolment process.
Market Research and Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings in the Edutech space.
- Gather feedback from students and prospects to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

· Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
· Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Eligibility Criteria
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
· 0–2 years of experience in Inside Sales / EdTech Sales / Tele-sales (preferred).
· Experience in handling student counseling or educational sales is an advantage.
· Regional Language Kannada is compulsory.
