Career Launcher, a leading Ed-Tech organization with 30+ years of excellence in education and international admissions, is hiring dynamic sales professionals for its International Education division. The role involves counselling students and parents for overseas education opportunities, premium admission consulting, and international test-prep programs including GRE, GMAT, SAT, IELTS, CLAT, LNAT, and LSAT.
The ideal candidate should have experience in international education counselling, study abroad sales, admissions consulting, partner university applications, and visa guidance for destinations such as the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, and Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Convert leads through outbound calling and counselling
- Guide students for international admissions and partner university applications
- Promote premium admission consulting and test-prep services
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant offerings
- Ensure excellent customer experience and post-sales support
- Handle escalations and maintain client satisfaction
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Passion for sales and student counselling
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in International Education / Study Abroad Sales
- Knowledge of UG & Master’s admission processes
- Familiarity with Ivy League / M7 / T25 admissions preferred
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 70% marks
