Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Coordinator, based in Bangalore Urban. The role involves developing and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing customers, managing customer inquiries, overseeing order processing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Coordinator will collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain efficient workflows and contribute to achieving sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and expertise in managing the sales process efficiently
- Strong Customer Service skills with a passion for ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and handle customer queries effectively
- Experience in Order Processing and ensuring the timely delivery of accurate transactions
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and manage multiple customer requirements
- Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive and goal-driven approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience working in an HVAC, manufacturing, or technical solutions industry is an advantage
