Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by Managing Lead Qualification, Customer Communication, Quotations, Follow-ups, Updates, and Co-ordination between customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in converting inquiries into business opportunities while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
Lead Management & Sales Support
- Handle inquiries received through website, SEO, PPC campaigns, exhibitions, email marketing, social media, and referrals.
- Qualify incoming leads and assign them to the appropriate sales personnel.
- Conduct initial customer discussions to understand application requirements.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers.
Quotation & Proposal Coordination
- Prepare and share quotations, product information, technical datasheets, and company profiles.
- Coordinate with technical and commercial teams for pricing and product recommendations.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals and customer documentation.
CRM & Database Management
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and ERP systems.
- Track lead status, follow-up activities, and sales pipeline progress.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
Customer Relationship Management
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide product-related information.
- Coordinate with logistics, production, and accounts teams for order processing and delivery updates.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication and support.
Exhibition & Marketing Support
- Coordinate follow-up activities for leads generated through trade shows and exhibitions.
- Assist in email marketing campaigns and customer outreach programs.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives for target industries.
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical, Production, and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments.
- Assist management with sales reports, forecasting data, and business development activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
