Role Description
This full-time, on-site position in Pune City is for an Inside Sales Coordinator. The coordinator will support the sales process by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotes, managing order processing, and maintaining relationships with clients. Responsibilities will include coordinating with the sales team, maintaining CRM documentation, analyzing customer requirements, and assisting with the generation of sales reports. The role demands timely communication with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Sales and Customer Support: Strong skills in customer relationship management, addressing inquiries, and providing solutions to meet client needs.
- Communication: Proficiency in verbal and written communication to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
- Administrative Skills: Competency in preparing quotes, order processing, and managing CRM systems.
- Data Analysis: Ability to generate and analyze sales reports and assess customer requirements.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with industrial equipment, radio remote control systems, or related products is an advantage.
- Proficiency with Office Tools: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Teamwork and Problem-Solving: Ability to collaborate with peers and effectively address challenges as they arise.
