Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Coordinator, located in the Mumbai Division. The role involves managing inside sales processes, engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction, processing orders, and delivering exceptional customer service. The candidate will need to maintain effective communication with clients, address inquiries, and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and proficiency in managing sales processes
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams
- Proficiency in Order Processing and workflow coordination
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
