Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Coordinator located in South Delhi. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer interactions, coordinating order processing, supporting sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves engaging with clients through various communication channels, answering queries, addressing concerns, and assisting the sales team in achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and Order Processing
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer skills
- Previous experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
