Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alandur for an Inside Sales Coordinator. The role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with clients, and supporting the sales team to achieve performance goals. Additionally, the Inside Sales Coordinator will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining client relationships, and handling operational and administrative tasks to streamline the sales process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Order Processing
- Excellent skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and clients
- Attention to detail and experience in administrative tasks related to sales operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior experience in logistics or freight forwarding is a plus
