Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our ground-mounted solar projects through inside sales, coordination, back-office operations, and client liaisoning. The role involves close interaction with sales, project, and client teams to ensure smooth execution and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Inside Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team in lead follow-ups and client communication
• Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly
2. Sales Coordination:
• Coordinate between sales, design, and project execution teams
• Track project progress and ensure timely updates to stakeholders
• Manage documentation related to orders, contracts, and dispatch
3. Back Office Operations:
• Handle day-to-day sales documentation and reporting
• Maintain records of inquiries, orders, and project status
• Support tender documentation and submission (if applicable)
4. Client Liaisoning:
• Act as a point of contact for clients for updates and queries
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure smooth communication throughout project lifecycle
5. Site Coordination (Occasional):
• Visit project sites when required for coordination and verification
• Assist in resolving on-ground issues in coordination with teams
Qualification: Electric Engineer / Relevant Industry Experience (Minimum 6 Months)
