As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats, understanding customer healthcare requirements, recommending suitable products, and converting enquiries into successful sales. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensure a smooth and hassle-free buying experience, update customer interactions in the CRM, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
We are looking for freshers who are passionate about learning and growing in a dynamic work environment. D.Pharm/B.Pharm candidates are preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory, while knowledge of any additional regional language will be an added advantage.
