Hiring Inside Sales -Business Development Executive for Night Shift
We are looking for target-oriented professionals who want to build a successful career in IT software and banking software product sales. Candidates should have good communication and presentation skills, along with basic IT knowledge. Experience in Business Development and Inside Sales for the US market is preferred.

Working Days: 5 Days a Week
No Hybrid / No Work From Home
EST Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Job Description
- Strong experience in cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience in Inside Sales
- Ability to book 20–30 appointments per month
- Experience in generating qualified leads and closing deals
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Experience in ERP, CRM, SaaS, or IT services sales is preferred
- Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools
- Lead generation and cold calling for US/UK/EU markets
- Fix appointments with C-level and IT decision-makers
- Qualify leads and maintain sales pipeline
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with Sales Lead/Manager for daily activities
- Research potential clients through web and business directories
