Inside Sales – BTL & B2B
Location: Kurla West
Experience: 1–5 years
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential leads from provided databases
- Explain services, offers, and campaigns to prospective customers
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales/clinic team
- Schedule appointments and drive walk-ins to clinics/events
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM
- Coordinate with the marketing and clinic teams for campaign execution
Requirements:- Good communication skills (English + Hindi/Regional language preferred)
- Confident and persuasive speaking ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools
- Ability to handle rejection and meet daily calling targets
- Prior experience in telecalling/inside sales is a plus
