We are looking for a sharp, tool-savvy inside sales specialist who lives and breathes cold outreach. This is not a generic sales role- we need someone who can independently build lead lists, enrich contact data, design multi-step drip sequences, and turn cold prospects into warm conversations at scale. You will own the entire top-of-funnel outreach engine- from identifying the right ICP contacts using Apollo, Clay, or ZoomInfo to writing compelling copy, setting up automated sequences, and reporting on what's working. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & list building:
  • Build targeted lead lists using Apollo.io, Clay, and/or ZoomInfo- filtering by industry, company size, job title, geography, and intent signals
  • Enrich contact data (emails, phone, LinkedIn, firmographics) to maximize deliverability and personalization
  • Continuously refine ICPs based on conversion data and feedback from the sales team
  • Cold outreach & campaign design:
  • Design and execute multi-channel outreach sequences- cold email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp- using Apollo Sequences, Clay workflows, or equivalent tools
  • Write high-converting cold email copy: sharp subject lines, personalized openers, clear CTAs
  • Build and manage drip campaigns with 5–10 touch points across 3–4 weeks
  • A/B test subject lines, templates, call-to-action variations, and send windows to optimize reply rates
  • Tool management & automation:
  • Own the full outreach tech stack- Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, GMass, Lemlist, Instantly, or similar platforms
  • Set up and manage email sending infrastructure: domain warm-up, DKIM/DMARC/SPF, inbox rotation
  • Build Clay tables and waterfalls to automate data enrichment using multiple providers
  • Integrate outreach tools with CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Google Sheets-based CRM) for pipeline visibility
  • Performance tracking & reporting:
  • Track and report weekly KPIs: emails sent, open rates, reply rates, positive replies, meetings booked
  • Maintain outreach logs, bounce and unsubscribe lists, and CRM hygiene
  • Identify underperforming segments or sequences and course-correct quickly
