Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales professional based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves generating and managing leads, converting prospects into customers, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, presenting NoBrokerHood’s offerings, managing relationships with clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires delivering on sales targets and consistently maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Should have 1-4 years of Experience.
- Should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques
- Experience in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage and retain clients
- Ability to manage leads and meet sales targets consistently
- Self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of community and property management services is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Professional fluency in English; additional language skills are a bonus
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
