Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales position based in Delhi, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through lead generation, managing customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include identifying potential customers, engaging in direct sales activities, maintaining consistent communication with clients, and collaborating with the sales team to exceed performance goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales technology
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in logistics or shipping industries is a plus
