Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales role located in Bengaluru East. The Inside Sales Representative will identify and generate leads, connect with potential clients, and develop long-term relationships to promote the organization's services. Responsibilities include providing product and service information, managing inbound and outbound sales calls, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation for managing and closing sales effectively.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build lasting client relationships and ensure positive experiences.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to meet targets and stay motivated in a results-driven environment.
- Experience in sales or a similar field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
