Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for an Inside Sales Specialist - BDA. The role involves generating leads, managing sales prospects, building and nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Specialist will drive conversations with prospective learners, understand their unique needs, and guide them toward suitable Crio learning solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with various stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
- Self-motivation and a goal-oriented approach
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
