Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Associate role located in Bengaluru South. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for interacting with potential customers to understand their requirements, providing detailed information about NoBroker.com’s services, and offering solutions that meet their needs. You will handle lead generation, follow-ups, and effectively convert prospects to customers. Additionally, you will ensure customer satisfaction by building lasting, professional relationships and addressing inquiries promptly. A key part of the role involves achieving individual and team sales targets while maintaining high service quality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales with the ability to identify, engage, and convert leads
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to provide an exceptional client experience
- Experience or capability in Lead Generation and Account Management to drive business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Prior experience in real estate or sales is a plus but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred
