Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate, based in South Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include engaging with potential customers to generate leads, successfully converting leads into sales, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and assisting clients to make informed decisions regarding their real estate needs. The role requires consistent communication with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored real estate solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and experience with Lead Generation
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, tech-driven, and target-oriented environment
- Fluency in English and knowledge of local languages is preferred
- A bachelor’s degree in any field or relevant certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous
