JOB TYPE: Full-Time (Work from Office)
DEPARTMENT: Sales / Business Development – Inside Sales
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
DESIGNATION: Inside Sales Associate (EdTech Sales)
SALARY: Fixed in-hand+ Attractive incentives (final offer based on experience, interview performance, and last drawn salary).
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective students to understand their academic goals and career aspirations
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about undergraduate and postgraduate programs
- Manage and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups to drive conversions
- Meet assigned enrollment and sales targets within defined timelines
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth, hassle-free admission process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or EdTech (preferred)
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
