Role: Business Development Associate (Freshers)
Kick-start your career in sales with one of Bengaluru's growing ERP training organizations. We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and ambitious fresh graduates who are eager to learn and build a rewarding career in Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective learners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Schedule consultations and follow up with leads.
- Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective communication and follow-ups.
Who Can Apply?
✅ Fresh graduates (Any Degree)
✅ Excellent communication skills in English (regional languages are an added advantage)
✅ Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
✅ Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
✅ Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office

Compensation
💰 Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA (Fixed)
