#Hiring: for Inside Sales Associate
💼 Role Overview
We’re hiring an Inside Sales Associate to build real sales pipelines and drive revenue growth for a fast-growing U.S. startup. In this role, you’ll handle inbound lead qualification, prospect research, outbound outreach, CRM data accuracy, and support deals from inquiry to close; all while working closely with the sales team. This is a performance-driven role with direct impact on revenue.
🖥️ What We’re Looking For
- Strong verbal & written English.
- Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Confident with follow-ups and outreach
- Ambitious about building a long-term career in Sales
- CRM or email sequencing experience is a plus
- Understanding of U.S. college culture is a bonus
📍 Location: Remote (India) | 🕒 EST Hours | Full-time
💰 Competitive Salary + Performance Incentives
