Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate at Oliveboard, located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for interacting with potential customers to understand their needs, promoting Oliveboard's products and services, and generating leads. Other responsibilities include assisting with customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and managing accounts through effective communication and client engagement strategies.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction with a focus on relationship-building
  • Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in the EdTech or education industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
