As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in connecting prospective clients with our services, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth. This position requires a consultative approach, helping clients understand how our creative expertise can elevate their communication and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Lead Management
- Cold Calling regions to generate leads
- Sourcing and Mining the leads from various business directories and websites and updating the same prospects on the Company CRM
- Establishing contact with Key Decision makers to introduce the services offered by Inkorporated and setting up appointments for Sales Managers. Attending sales call with managers
- Team with sales partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Engage with decision-makers across industries such as finance, publishing, academia, and startups.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track pipeline and client interactions.
- Sales & Solution Selling
- Present Inkorporated’s services (editorial, design, content creation) to prospective clients.
- Develop tailored proposals that align with client brand voice, style guides, and communication goals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Relationship Building & Account Growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring responsiveness and trust.
- Collaborate with project managers and creative teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Market Insights & Reporting
- Provide feedback on client needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in creative services, publishing, or B2B solutions.
- Experience in international calling and handling global clients, with the ability to communicate effectively across different time zones and cultures.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
