Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and energetic Inside Sales Associate to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a B2B sales role focused on client communication, lead conversion, and relationship building.
Leads will be provided by the company, and the candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospects, understanding requirements, and closing business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calling and client follow-ups
- Connect with business clients and explain company services
- Convert company-provided leads into sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
