What will you do at Fynd?
- Contact potential clients via email/phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Drive sales and optimize the leads-to-bookings funnel
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Improve customer communication and sales pitch for better conversions
- Ensure process and policy adherence within the Inside Sales function
- Build and manage strong relationships across brands and retail partners
- Understand brand business requirements and align solutions accordingly
- Stay updated on Indian retail and ecommerce trends
- Conduct market research and brand interactions for business insights
- Perform business margin calculations and ensure deal profitability
- Prepare effective client presentations and reports
- Monitor performance and take ownership of targets
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently and Maintain a customer-centric, self-driven approach in a fast-paced environment
Some Specific Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Ecommerce / Retail / SaaS sales (Inside Sales preferred).
- Strong understanding of Ecommerce, Retail Tech, and Supply Chain.
- Good network across brands, retailers, ecommerce companies, and retail ecosystem.
- Proven experience in driving outbound sales and handling enterprise conversations.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to calculate business margins and understand revenue impact.
- Excellent presentation skills (PPT proficiency required).
- Customer-centric approach with a strong ownership mindset.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and perform under pressure.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environment.
