Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven Sales Associate to manage and grow client relationships, convert inbound leads, and drive revenue in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
You will:
- Engage, nurture, and grow existing client accounts
- Convert inbound leads into long-term customers
- Deliver a strong end-to-end client experience
- Own your pipeline and meet revenue targets
- Act as a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson
Who We’re Looking For
- 0–5 years of B2B sales experience (US/Europe exposure preferred)
- Strong English communication (clear, neutral accent)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable under pressure
- Strong ownership mindset with a client-first approach
What We Offer
- Base salary: $700/month + uncapped commission
- Night shift allowance: $80/month

Work Details
- Remote (WFH)
- Shift: 8 AM – 5 PM EST (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)
