Role Description

The Inside Sales Associate will be a full-time team member based on-site in Mangaluru. Key responsibilities include managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, maintaining excellent customer satisfaction, providing proactive support to potential and existing clients, and developing relationships for account management. You will collaborate closely with other teams to align business strategies, meet sales targets, and provide quality service to clients.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and experience in effectively closing sales opportunities
  • Strong skills in Lead Generation and Account Management to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience providing Customer Service to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Focus on Customer Satisfaction to drive client trust and loyalty
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
