Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate at our Nagercoil location. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, managing accounts, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, facilitating lead generation, and meeting sales targets. The individual will act as a key link between clients and the organization, ensuring seamless communication and a positive experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is advantageous
