Designation - Business Development Associate (Sales associate)
Location - Salt Lake Sec V, Kolkata
Compensation - Upto 3.6 LPA + incentives upto 2 lacs per month.
Additional Benefits - PF, ESI.
Qualifications - Graduation
Experience - 0.6 - 4 years (freshers are also welcome)
Work timings - 6 days a week (Mon-Sat), Sunday fixed off
11 am - 8:30 pm.
Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate located in Salt Lake Sec V, Kolkata.
- The Inside Sales Associate will engage directly with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored recommendations, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Responsibilities include nurturing sales leads, understanding their needs and connecting them to our Astrologers, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting overall team sales goals to contribute to the company’s growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive sales and achieve targets
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build trust and foster long-term client relationships
- Experience in Account Management for ensuring seamless communication and resolution of customer queries
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in the jewelry, retail, or spiritual industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
